Booking Terms
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms summarize direct bookings at Seven Pines in the Galena Territory. Please review them alongside your signed rental agreement and house rules before your stay.
Booking approval
Direct reservations are Request to Book, not Instant Book. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only after it has been approved.
Payment terms
For reservations made far enough in advance, 50% of the reservation total is due when the reservation is accepted. The remaining 50% is automatically charged 30 days before check-in.
If the scheduled payments fall too close together, Hospitable may collect the full balance at acceptance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation policy
- 30 or more days before check-in: 100% refund
- 7–29 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Fewer than 7 days before check-in: no lodging refund
There is no 24-hour grace period after booking.
Guest requirements
A signed rental agreement and guest ID/selfie verification are required. Guests are responsible for complying with the rental agreement and house rules throughout their stay.
Security authorization
A $500 security authorization hold is required for direct bookings. This is a temporary authorization hold, not a charge, and is generally requested shortly before check-in.
The authorization is released after checkout if there are no documented damages or other amounts due under the rental agreement. Documented amounts may be captured from the authorization if necessary.
Taxes
Applicable lodging taxes are collected at checkout and are included in the total reservation price.
House rules
Occupancy, parking, pets, parties and events, smoking, hot tub use, HOA and community rules, and other property requirements are governed by the signed rental agreement and house rules. Please review these requirements and share them with everyone in your group.
